■OVERVIEW:
YOBET is a new online gaming startup company with 50 people team based in Kuala Lumpur, offering a wide range of market leading online gaming, casino and sports betting services for large amount of Chinese gaming app users. Our UI/UX design team spent one year to accomplish three versions of the website and app. We developed the product from zero to 100% and published online for over 1000 Chinese users in Asia, and kept improving our website and app for the better user experience, and we kept pursuing a better and better visual experience.
■CHALLENGE & SOLUTION:
As a startup company, we want to be remembered by customers at the first sight. Therefore, our goal is to build up a very unique and outstanding website among those competitors, and also increase our brand awareness. Therefore, we decided to have a cool video on landing page to introduce our company brand value and to make people trust the brand. Talking about the key value, we want to bring up the spirit of never-give-up personality toward life and the same for gaming. I chose some images to picture abstract life philosophy, thus to boost the brand quality.
As for website other pages development, this official website included introduction page, all kinds gaming categories page, personal account management page, sport betting page, promotion activity page, VIP page.....etc.

Our Solution
We made an innovation design which is different from other competitors websites.
We abandoned one hero page to scroll down, and choose a cool video as the main page to appeal users' eye. The video introduced our company brand value and to make people trust our brand.

Although we are a startup company, but our market manager and project manager who are experienced with this sport gaming and online casino industry. They leads us to do user research and competitor's product research. We build up a user persona which is the middle class Chinese sport lover, especially with some established career. They have some time and money to pursue more entertainment and make more money. Their key motivation for using our product are social pressure with money-making and family.
